Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information:

All packages will be shipped out within 24-48 hours when in stock. Most packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Heavier packages may be sent via FEDEX or UPS. On rare occasions, other products may be shipped via FEDEX or UPS.

Backorders:

If an item is backordered, we will contact you via email or phone. We will do our best to give you an estimated date of when it will be shipped. It will be up to the customer if the item will be cancelled.

Orders Outside of the USA:

We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you call, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Taxes:

Any orders shipped to an address in the state of New York will be charged the applicable state sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges:

Unused items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Please email or call ahead and let us know that it is on its way at 1-800-760-7992. There is a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Items that have free shipping on them will be accepted for return minus our shipping costs and 10% restock fee. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage.

Warranties:

All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or workmanship. Abuse or improper care is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
